This service is designed for athletes who want clear, practical feedback on their swim technique without ongoing coaching or lab-based testing.

What this is

You submit short swim video clips (phone or GoPro).

I review them and provide focused feedback on efficiency, propulsion, and durability.

The goal is clarity and actionable change, not overcorrection.

This works especially well for athletes training remotely or without regular technical feedback.

What this is not

Not live coaching
Not a full training plan
Not a complete stroke rebuild in one session

If you want ongoing progression and full integration into your training, coaching is a better fit.
